The participant will be able to learn essential distinctions and apply systems thinking tools, which will allow them to better understand the complexity of the current scenario, in which we must let go of a control paradigm to a relational flow paradigm.
This in turn requires a new look at the organization and the people who are part of it as a living system, from which emerges a new concept of leadership known as a gardener leader. Systems thinking is a conceptual framework that studies how the elements are articulated in a whole, evaluating all the parts that are interrelated until achieving a greater awareness of the events and why.
The workshop will present activities both of exposition of concepts, of reflection and practices, where each participant will be able to apply a simple model of systemic thinking to apply in their own social field, either in the organization or even on a personal level, analyzing the network of relationships of your family group.
The workshop will be carried out jointly by Roberto Bravo Graubin, facilitator, executive coach and specialist in positive psychology, graduated in knowledge biology from the University of Chile; Antonio Iturra, visual and creative facilitator, industrial civil engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
